NOAC, the National Order of the Arrow Conference, offers Arrowmen a unique opportunity to come together for fellowship, leadership development, and personal growth. Our Lodge has enjoyed strong participation and support at recent NOAC events held in Tennessee, Michigan, and Colorado.
Typically held every two to three years, the next NOAC will take place July 26–31, 2027, at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. This event is open to all OA members, including both youth and adults.
While final pricing has not yet been established, we expect additional details to become available around the end of August Early September 2026, once the budget is finalized. At this time, the estimated cost is approximately $1,100–$1,300 per participant, though the final amount may vary.
For additional information about NOAC, please visit the official website: https://www.noac27.org/
You may also join the Lodge's TeamReach Group (Details on how to join can be found here) or connect with members who have attended a previous NOAC to learn more about the experience.

The next NOAC will be held July 26-31, 2027 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
There are several ways to attend NOAC.
Youth Arrowmen (under 21) can attend NOAC as a youth delegate (participant) with the lodge contingent. The lodge prioritizes youth slots on the contingent.
Adults provide supervision and support to the youth in their NOAC experience. We cannot take more adults than youth on the contingent and we do not know how fast slots will fill up or if there will be a smaller quota.
Both youth and adult Arrowmen can attend NOAC on staff. This is a great opportunity to attend and experience NOAC in a different way, while also serving the conference. Arrowmen who have attended a NOAC before are encouraged to apply for NOAC staff.
If you are planning to attend NOAC on staff, please do not register using the link below. You will register online at registration.oa-scouting.org starting in October 2026.
The past three NOACs have offered a remote delegate option for Arrowmen who are unable to attend in-person to attend virtually from home. Virtual delegates can view livestreams and recordings of some trainings, competitions, and the evening shows, get special conference merchandise, and more. Additional information about attending NOAC as a Remote Delegate will be available later.
July TBA: Travel days / Pre-Conference Activities (TBD)
July 26-31: National Order of the Arrow Conference
July 31/August 1: Travel home / Post-Conference Activities (TBD)
This fees apply to contingent delegates only. Staff and remote delegates do not follow these fees.
The lodge’s fundraising efforts help cover some of the additional costs involved with the contingent attending NOAC including ground transportation, pre-conference recreation and lodging, contingent SWAG, discounts for youth, and more.
Estimated Fee: $1,150 - $1,250 (includes full NOAC Fee, Travel, and any additional per person contingent fees)
*This fee is estimated. Final fees will depend on conference pricing, travel costs, contingent size and results of fundraising efforts.
Trailblazer Scholarship Program
The Trailblazer Scholarship Program helps ensure that financial need is not a barrier to attending the National Order of the Arrow Conference. Lodges are encouraged to remain the primary source of financial assistance for their delegates, with the Trailblazer Scholarship Program serving as a supplemental resource for youth participants who demonstrate financial need.
Applications for the 2027 Trailblazer Scholarship Program will be released by October 2026 and due no later than January 29, 2027. Scholarship recipients will be selected and notified in Spring 2027, with awards applied directly to their NOAERS registration accounts.
